iv done some paintings. i went out to hobby lobby and got lots of canvases and lots of paints for really cheap.
i never really liked to paint before because my mind was always in the wrong place. i had the same mind set painting as i did with drawing, which is bad since theyre not the same thing.
because of this, i havent ever really painted anything since i thought i didnt know how to or that i needed classes to show me how or whatever.
but then all of a sudden i started getting an urge to paint, even if i sucked.
so this week iv been painting alot.
its been very relaxing to not worry about doing the right thing and just let all the buetiful colors do all my thinking. painting is such a different feeling than drawing even though the two are closely related as visual arts.
its not so tediuos as drawing, i can paint over things, and theres more room to experiment with colors.
thats not to say i like it more than drawing, although right now i have a lot more passion for painting since im finnally doing it.

but im also kind of mad right now because my(parents) digital camera is crap and it takes horrible pictures of my paintings for some reason. my drawings were on sketch papaer and i have a small scanner that can scan those. but my paintings are too big that.
so i pretty much dont know how im going to get them on this site.
ill figure something out someday. good bye.
